Central 70 Project

As part of CDOT’s Central 70 Project, NPW Contracting provided spray-applied bridge deck waterproofing on the BNSF and Union Pacific Railroad bridges carrying rail traffic over the reconstructed I-70 corridor.
Working for Kiewit Infrastructure within a demanding transportation and railroad environment, NPW’s crews prepared the bridge decks, applied primer, and installed a continuous, fully bonded Bridge Preservation BDM™ membrane (now PPG). The system provides seamless protection against water, deicing chemicals, ballast abrasion, and other conditions that can contribute to bridge deck deterioration.
